What We Do
*Aspire Trusted Data Connector for PowerBI contains the embedded API credentials for the client to make PowerBI an essential tool for your business.
Sync Channel provides advanced integration between the Aspire API and target datastores. Data exchange can be bi-directional depending on the security/permissions available in the other company. Integrations can operate on demand or an a scheduled basis. Entity and field coverage between the two systems continue to be expanded as APIs or datastores expand offerings.
Business integration Channel is a secure executive level reporting and dashboarding system for Aspire Clients. Reports and dashboards can access multiple datastores, providing true company wide analysis across all systems.
Replication Channel for Aspire is a complete replication of Aspire Data available through the API. Aspire data extracted from Aspire is written into a staging database. Once the replication is complete, data is written to the production database. Data can be stored in a SQL Standard or a PostgreSQL Database. All data can be accessed using any ODBC Compliant report tools.
Event Channel is a service that runs on client's systems or in the cloud to monitor database change criteria, perform specific operations, and communicate results in the desired format.

Yes! Depending on the accounting system's API we can generally connect Aspire to feed the source data to your Accounting platform. Integrations in the past have been created for Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 ERP and Intacct.
We typically integrate Work Tickets, Opportunities, Properties, Employees, Vendors, Work Ticket Times and Purchase Orders. More can be done as well.
Yes! We have worked with ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR, and others. Depending on the level of access of your payroll system's API we can populate Employee information to Aspire, update Paylocity's work ticket times and more.
An API, or Application Programming Interface, is the pathway set up by a program to connect data between systems. Some systems may have extra security on specific fields and may only give the ability to view a field whereas others will allow fields to be updated or created. All integrations done through Data-Channel will be subject to the limitations of the API from the target data.
Absolutely. With our SQL replicator we have the ability to pull Aspire information into a PostgreSQL database. Utilizing tools such as PowerBI, the information can then be populated to pull from both data sources.
Yes. As long as the data can be exported or obtained through your CRM's API, the information can then be pushed into Aspire. We have experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, and many other CRM systems.
