Mobile Visibility to Goals

Crews can see budgets for jobs, or for weekly routes.  Budgets come from the Aspire work tickets. The Protiv App allows them to set team goals and track performance against those goals. Protiv gets actual time data through the Aspire API.

Integrated ProChat

Protiv's ProChat feature let's you use channel based communication across your team. Stay in touch on job performance, get instant information on issues with materials or equipment and more. Use to congratulate your team on the wins and coach on the opportunities to get better.

Bonus Statements

Workers can see the jobs where they went over budget and those where they were under budget and earned a bonus.  By tracking their bonuses on the statements, workers have transparency to what they are earning.  This is critical to driving engagement deep into the organization.

Performance Incentives
Protiv's solution empowers worker level incentives based on project performance.  Functioning on everything from large Design/Build jobs to large sale maintenance with hundreds of locations, Protiv links budgets, from Aspire, to actuals we get from the team's time tracking, managing incentives for every team member.  

Our Group ProPay feature allows routes, or team based groups of locations, to be managed as a single target for that crew, over a period of time.  Working with the crew lead and scheduled visit features in Aspire, Protiv supports managing even thousands of small jobs each week in an organized way.

Milestones is a Protiv feature that supports large jobs, which are often broken into phases and may have 1 or more costs codes associated. Protiv uses the Aspire API to track time against each ticket on a large project. We can see worker performance even as they move on and off of jobs, prorating earned bonuses to the actual time worked on each element of a project.

Protiv leverages the Aspire API to seamlessly move data, making administration of the program super easy.  Worker details such as role and wage rate, are pulled into Protiv.  Work ticket information, including labor budgets, are used to create ProPay.  Time on each work ticket is imported automatically, allowing Protiv to know the budget vs actual and calculate any potential bonus for that team.

Some of our customers have hundreds of small jobs every week. Protiv supports grouping those small jobs into weekly goals, organized by crew leaders if you want, providing a simple way for the team to set goals and track progress?
Teams on Protiv quickly learn that quality problems will cost them the opportunity for a bonus, so we find that quality levels go up. If the team has to go back to fix something, that time comes out of their bonus.
You have the option of rolling projects together, paying your bonuses on the net of how that group of jobs performs. This can be weekly, monthly, or however you want to manage it. This way the team is always motivated to finish the jobs a quickly as they can while still maintaining quality.
