The Aspire integration allows Proposify to sync data from Aspire (opportunities, companies, contacts, and opportunity services) in real time. This means that Aspire remains the single source of truth, and any updates in Aspire automatically reflect in Proposify. Users can insert Aspire fields into proposals, ensuring accurate pricing and customer details without manual entry.

Proposify fetches new or updated records from Aspire every two minutes. If you make changes in Aspire, they will appear in Proposify after this interval. To update an open proposal with the latest Aspire data, simply refresh the page in the Proposify editor or preview mode.
No. Proposify only pulls data from Aspire; it does not push changes back. Aspire remains the single source of truth, meaning all updates must be made in Aspire first. Once updated, the new data will sync into Proposify automatically.
During setup, you can select which Aspire entities to sync with Proposify, including:
  • Opportunities (for pricing and project details)
  • Companies (customer information)
  • Contacts (client names and emails)
  • Opportunity Services (specific services and associated pricing)

These fields become available in Proposify's template editor, allowing you to drag and drop them into your proposals.
