Implementation Support
What We Do
This service is for current Aspire users that have acquired an additional company and require a new Aspire system or for existing Aspire users that are requesting a re-implementation of Aspire. This option is designed to assist with full system setup and training of Aspire’s core functionality with a designated Aspire Implementation Manager. It will include the following:
- 90 Day Implementation
- Two weekly 1 on 1 (60 minutes) meetings
- 60 days of Training and 30 Days go live support
- Assistance from Accounting Specialist
This option is for current Aspire users that have acquired a new company and will encompass their data into an existing Aspire system or for current Aspire customers requesting a re-implementation of Aspire with a designated Aspire Implementation Manager. This option provides training of Aspire’s core functionality and is ideal for companies or branches being added into an existing Aspire System. It will also benefit companies that need a refresher for utilizing the core functions of Aspire.
- 60 day Implementation training (no go live support)
- Two weekly 1 on 1 (60 minutes) meetings
- Assistance from Accounting Specialist if needed
This option is for current Aspire users that have either acquired a new company or are requesting additional training support regarding Aspire’s core functionality. This training will provide guidance and best practice training for day to day use of Aspire. The Aspire client would be responsible for system setup within Aspire and is not covered with this option. This service includes the following:
- 60 day Implementation (no go live support)
- One (1) Sixty minute meeting per week with Aspire Implementation Manager
- Core functionality training
