What We Do

Properties Import: 1 point per 750 records

  • Work with an Aspire specialist to define available fields needed for import files. Client to provide export data file to Aspire. Aspire will reformat file into required Aspire format, review for errors, missing info and best practice suggestions. Client will be provided file for final review and provide to Aspire for import once signed off.

Contact Import: 1 point per 750 records

  • Work with an Aspire specialist to define available fields needed for import files. Client to provide export data file to Aspire. Aspire will reformat file into required Aspire format, review for errors, missing info and best practice suggestions. Client will be provided file for final review and provide to Aspire for import once signed off.

Item Catalog Import: 1 point per 500 records

  • Work with an Aspire specialist to define available fields needed for import files. Client to provide export data file to Aspire. Aspire will reformat file into required Aspire format, review for errors, missing info and best practice suggestions. Client will be provided file for final review and provide to Aspire for import once signed off.

Contract Importing: 1 point per 75 records

  • Work with an Aspire specialist to define available fields needed from data sources, ERP systems, files, etc. and extract information. Review, Validate and Upload into Aspire. 

Kit Creation: 1 point per 50 records

  • Work with an Aspire specialist to define available fields needed for import files. Client to provide export data file to Aspire. Aspire will reformat file into required Aspire format, review for errors, missing info and best practice suggestions. Client will be provided file for final review and provide to Aspire for import once signed off.

New Client Package: 7 Points

New to Aspire or an existing Aspire client that acquired a new company and need help with all data migration? Full Support provided for: 

  • Property & Contact, Format and Import into Aspire 
  • Item Import 
  • Kit Creation 
  • Opportunity Import and Setup
  • Package provided is in increments of 200 contracts and all associated items.

    📌An annual package of points can be purchased or a one time request can be made for $750 a point. All reasonable efforts will be made to align with the clients requested timelines.
