What We Do

Accounting Training by Aspire Module: Starting at 1 Point

  • Whether your company has recently graduated from Aspire Implementation, has been an Aspire client for many years, or just has a new member on the team who is new to the software, you can work with an Accounting Specialist for 1 on 1 training.

  • 1 Point includes up to 3 one-hour sessions with an Accounting Specialist. The total number of points required will depend on the time spent addressing your specific needs.
    ​Modules available for training are listed:
    • Purchase Receipt Reconciliation
    • Payment & Deposit Reconciliation
    • Inventory & Inventory Reconciliation
    • Closing the Month & Recording Journal Entries
    • Payroll & Reconciliation
    • Over / Under & Revenue Variance

Full End of Month Process: 3 to 4 points per month (on average)

  • This service is for current Aspire users looking to walk through the full end-of-month close checklist to close one or several months with an Aspire specialist.

📌 Note: Points will be calculated based on the complexity of the required work.

Transition from Invoiced to Earned Revenue: 3 points

  • This service is for Aspire users who have been reporting invoiced revenue in their accounting system and would like to transition to reporting Earned revenue.

📌 Note: An annual package of points can be purchased, or a one-time request can be made for $750 a point. All reasonable efforts will be made to align with the client's requested timelines.
